About Us:

Reforged Labs is a Y Combinator-backed startup, recently raising $3.9M in Seed funding from DCM and angel investors who founded King, Sky Mavis and other gaming giants. While based in the US, we embrace a fully remote culture and are currently expanding our team in Vietnam.

We’re building an AI copilot to transform the full marketing cycle for games, empowering marketers to create and optimize ads in minutes with guaranteed success. Tech stack relevant to you would include Python and Golang. You will get to touch everything from LLMs and Vision Models to old school decision trees and clustering techniques!

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy ML models.
• Prepare and process large datasets.
• Design and implement APIs for ML services.
• Deploy and monitor ML models (MLOps).
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Optimize codebase in Python and Golang.
• Anything that the startup world may throw at us!

• 3+ years of experience 
• Strong in Python and familiar with Golang or affinity to learn quickly. 
• Proven ML experience: model training & hyperparameter tuning. 
• Big data handling skills. 
• API design and implementation. 
• MLOps experience. 
• Excellent communicator, team player. 
• Moving fast. 
• Passion for gaming.
