Currently, we are looking for a Lead Developer to join our team and contribute to building innovative global projects.

About the Role:

• Lead the analysis, design, and modeling of business processes using BPMN, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective project controlling together with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes.
• Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred).
• Architect and guide the development of modern backend applications (Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution and scalability.
• Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience.
• Bring strong DevOps experience, including deploying applications into production environments and setting up robust logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in the team's daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process.
• Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge:

• Masters's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and 10 years of industry experience.
• Practical experience in leading development teams
• Practical experience in business process modeling and automation.
• Proficient with the Camunda BPM tool, with a preference for experience with Camunda 8.
• Proficient in Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin

Skills: 

• Solid understanding of BPMN, system architecture, and the principle of clear separation between business logic and process logic.
• Systematic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and perform in-depth analysis of business processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for the work environment and complex technical discussions (C1 level).
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage work independently.
• Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
