• Perform hands-on coding and code review as other peer developers as needed
• Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this;
• Design, develop, review, implement, maintain and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required;
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate, and planning, etc
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
• For Senior level: Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any

General requirements:

• Intermediate English communication (able to work with international clients with support).
• Junior level: Likely having 2+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
• Senior level: Likely having 5+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
• Ability to obtain a deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
• Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Technical requirements:

• Hand-on experience in C# / Web Forms, .NET 4.7 and the .NET framework.
• Experience with web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and one of front-end frameworks ReactJS/ Angular/TypeScript)
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server, and experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
• Good knowledge or experience of using IoC container
• Strong experience with object-oriented (OO) designs and design patterns
• Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…) 

Nice to have:

• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, KnockoutJS)
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and web security issues
• Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
• Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
• Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
