• Maintain, troubleshoot & support cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot & support client systems, including Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity & Sitecore 
• Maintain, troubleshoot & support CI/CD infrastructure
• Maintain & update ITIL documentation library – procedures, policies, user guides in English
• Serve as the IT point of contact, accountable for the office IT inventory, data communications solutions, network & laptop equipment.
• Participate in a rostered on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support coverage
• Deliver IT helpdesk support for both Windows & Mac environments

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

• Professional business English
• Degrees in IT / computer sciences or equivalent
• Experience in cloud service (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with systems (DNS, IIS, Nginx, Ubuntu, Windows Server)
• Resourceful, strong problem-solving skill with the abilities to work independent and able cope with pressure
• Must be adaptable, self-motivated, solution oriented and eager to learn new technology

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMS such as Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity or Sitecore
• On-call IT Support experience
• Knowledge about Containers (Docker)
• Any Cloud certification is a big plus
