Job Descriptions

This role will be working in the product team managing the day-to-day tasks of product management, design and development. You will be expected to manage the execution, delivery and completion of new products, features and updates to a high standard along with the management of supporting product content and documentation. The candidate will also be working with the project and development teams to manage the implementation of new products and features and ensure quality and adherence to requirements within the allotted timeframe. 

What you'll be doing

• Work to plan and develop new and existing products
• Creating and maintaining digital marketing materials for products
• Create product documentation including user guides, whitepapers
• Perform the expected day to day tasks of a product manager to ensure product feature delivery
• Participate in customer meetings and discussions and translate requirements into actionable items
• Work within an agile framework to assist the project team with product backlog execution
• Break requirements into iterative sprint-sized stories and translate requirements to development teams
• Write user stories and epics and ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear
• Review the quality of the work completed with the technical team on a regular basis to ensure that it met the release standards – Both technical and product perspectives
• Track and manage issues in timely manner to ensure timelines are adhered to

What we are looking for

• Critical thinking with good problem solving skills to be able to deal with changing demands and requirements
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Understanding and experience of agile product development methodology
• Someone with a background in technology, able to understand basics and concepts quickly or able to self-study independently to bridge any gaps in knowledge
• Excellent organisational, decision making and communications skills
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree required
• One to two years of experience in a product-related role is expected. 
• At least 2 years in a project management is a plus
