We are looking for a (Junior) IT Helpdesk with at least 1 year of experience in IT Support or Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

📦 Your key responsibilities:

●     Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
●     Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
●     Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
●     Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
●     Setting up accounts for new users.
●     Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
●     Support to use or Testing new tools/employee systems.
●     Possibly IT security training for new employees.
●     Other Admin supports.

Yêu cầu công việc

●     1 - 3 years' experience in IT Support or Service Delivery.
●     Fair command of English
●     Good problem-solving skills.
●     Good customer service skills and experience
●     Extensive experience in supporting a Microsoft environment (AD, Sharepoint, O365,...)
●     Demonstrated experience in computer networking fundamentals.
●     Understanding of the latest telecommunication technology
●     Strong communication skills.
●     A keen eye for detail
