About Lotics
We're a very early-stage startup building an AI-native workspace where data organizes itself and teams automate processes by just describing them. It replaces manual data entry with a living system that adapts to any workflow, from customer-facing tasks to internal operations.
We are looking for generalists, founding engineers who are passionate about building great products and strongly believe that AI can bring unprecedented change in productivity in our economy.

Your Role at Lotics
All engineers on the team do “whatever is needed to get us there”. This includes building AI agents to automate our work, building the core product on both frontend and backend, adding 3rd party integrations, handling infrastructure upgrades - everything that is easy or hard, boring or exciting.

Must have

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to work at high velocity and learn extremely fast
• Practical understanding of how to leverage AI (and its current limitations)
• Minimum 2 years of experience building full-stack products

Good to have

• Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
• Strong product taste and attention to detail
• Experience with infrastructure design and system scaling
• Experience with Python and/or React Native (Expo)

As one of our first hires, you will have the opportunity to get ownership of the company.

• Monthly salary from $800 to $1500
• Equity from 0.1% to 2%

The balance between salary and equity depends on the stage of the company, our funding status, your risk appetite and your level of contribution. If we succeed, your equity will be meaningful and potentially life-changing.
