Position Overview: 

As a Full Stack Developer at BII, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our projects. You will work closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python, along with experience in modern front-end technologies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and Maintain: Build, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Python as the primary backend language. 
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver user-friendly and efficient solutions. 
• Frontend Development: Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js). 
• Backend Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs, database schemas, and server-side logic using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. 
• Database Management: Work with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, ensuring data integrity and security. 
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure applications run efficiently and scalably. 
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to maintain a high standard of code quality. 
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively propose improvements to the technology stack.

Requirements: 

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on Python. 
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, along with experience in Django or Flask. Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). 
• Database Skills: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization. 
• Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems efficiently. 
• Remote Work: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant work experience. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker). 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
