Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks like Next.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient API endpoints and database architectures.
• Build intuitive, responsive UI components using React and TailwindCSS, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and using tools like ESLint and Prettier.
• Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments like Vercel and AWS.
• Manage caching, session handling, and security implementations with technologies like Redis.
• Leverage tools like Notion for project management and documentation.
• Use Slack or Discord to communicate effectively within a distributed team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews to foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Looking for:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with a strong foundation in web development.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Next.js and React.
• A good understanding of relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and working knowledge of ORMs such as Drizzle ORM.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Vercel, AWS) and deployment best practices.
• Experience with Git and workflows like Git Flow for version control.
• Experience with collaboration and productivity tools like Notion for project management and documentation.
• Proficiency in communication platforms like Slack or Discord for team collaboration.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with API development using tools like tRPC.
• Knowledge of Redis or similar caching solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to authentication tools (e.g., NextAuth.js) and email delivery services like SendGrid.
• Experience with design systems, such as TailwindCSS or Material-Tailwind.
• Knowledge of background processing tools like BullMQ.
