Mô tả công việc

• Client Engagement: Participate in client interviews and meetings, communicating effectively in English to understand project requirements and present solutions.
• Solution Presentation: Lead presentations of company solutions to clients in English, articulating technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Full stack Development: Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of various projects, with a focus on strong Java development skills.
• Technical Versatility: Adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks, working on diverse projects and learning new technical stacks as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Vice-President to identify client needs, propose solutions, and assist in the technical discussions necessary to secure new projects.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking, providing efficient solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Project Support: Act as a technical resource in different types of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Year of Experience: 4+ YOE
• Job Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Have experience in Java, Spring boot, Spring MVC.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Good presentation skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to different project types quickly.
  • Experience in engaging directly with clients, with a focus on securing new business.
  • Good problem-solving skill.
  • Be able to work under deadline pressure.
  • Proactive in work.
• Language: Good English (This position requires good communication skills in English)
