About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity & Application Security Specialist to secure chat systems, social networks, financial apps, and sensitive data platforms. You will design and implement end-to-end encryption (E2EE), protect user data, prevent cyberattacks, and ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• System Security Assessment: Review system architecture, conduct risk assessments, and propose defensive solutions.
• Encryption Design & Implementation: Build and integrate End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for chats, messages, and sensitive data (e.g., medical records, financial information).
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor logs, detect intrusions (IDS/IPS), and respond rapidly to security incidents or cyberattacks.
• User Data Protection: Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR and HIPAA, safeguarding personal and sensitive data.
• Penetration Testing (Pentest): Perform regular security testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Security Process Development: Define policies for key management, access control, logging & auditing, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Training & Guidance: Provide training on secure coding practices, OWASP best practices, and security awareness for developers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or application security.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, AES/RSA/ECC, SSL/TLS, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT.
• Familiar with HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and API security.
• Proficient with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Wireshark, Nessus.
• Cloud security knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
