• 1 Mid-level BA (Outsourcing projects – BU3)
• 1 Senior BA (Insurance SaaS product – BU2)

Job Description

Join the ALPACA team as a Business Analyst! 

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients and domain experts to gather and clarify requirements
• Write clear user stories, workflows, mockups, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software
• Report directly to BU Head
• (Senior) Lead BA activities, manage backlog and team performance across domains

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-have

• Mid: 3+ years of experience as a BA
• Senior: 5+ years of experience, including leading complex projects
• Strong in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded

For Senior level:

• Experience in leading teams and monitoring project performance. 
• Experience in cross-domain and big projects.

Nice to have 

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
• BA/PO/PM qualification.
• Background in B2B systems or financial/insurance domain
• Good English skills (especially for BU3)
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CSPO, etc.)
