Summary:

We are looking for a motivated individual with leadership skills to join our company as an Associate Project Manager/Business Analyst. In this role, you work with the primary Project Manager to ensure the completion of Team projects. Your BA background will help to clarify & gather requirements, process tasks in a proper direction to support project team. You may be assigned to coordinate administrative tasks, schedule resources, and send staff deadline reminders. We are looking for a candidate who can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the scope of the project
• Manage requirement documents for being up-to-date
• Assist Delivery Lead with facilitating Agile activities
• Coordinate tasks and resources
• Monitor and assist Scrum teams in daily activities
• Create positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication with Scrum teams and Onshore
• Timely and proactive response to requests for service from all areas of the business
• Effective risk & issue management, with timely and efficient escalation of issues to Delivery Lead
• Timely and accurate status Report to Delivery Lead
• Manage team working process effectively

Requirement and Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years experience as a Project manager
• Experience in managing project, especially project planning 
• Experienced in Agile methodologies
• Good logical thinking
• A team player with good interpersonal skills (communication, positive attitude, teamwork)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Be detail-oriented and Organized 

The following is considered highly advantageous

• Patience, Can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Experienced in working with customers in Europe (AU, UK)

• Full salary during 2-month probation period
