- Công việc thú vị, đúng chuyên môn, tech stacks mới, nhiều công cụ AI xịn hỗ trợ
- Có nhiều tự do và sự hỗ trợ để đổi mới, sáng tạo, và phát triển
- Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, giúp đỡ nhiệt tình
- Lương tốt, phép năm nhiều, còn có thưởng profit
- Được đi Châu Âu hàng năm
- Sang năm còn có thêm nhiều ngày nghỉ bệnh mà vẫn nhận đủ lương
- Giờ giấc linh hoạt từ 8h-19h, 40hrs/tuần, không bắt scan in, scan out để chấm công
- Chính sách Hybrid linh hoạt, bình thường 1 tuần làm việc trên công ty 3 ngày, khi cần thiết có thể làm trên công ty 2 ngày, ngoài ra còn có 12 tuần/năm được làm hoàn toàn từ xa nên mình có thể về quê thăm ba mẹ kết hợp làm việc luôn
- Workload vừa phải, chưa bao giờ phải OT
- Thử việc full lương, tham gia bảo hiểm bắt buộc ngay từ lúc thử việc và đóng đúng quy định nhà nước
- Bảo hiểm tư xịn xò cho nhân viên và người thân
- Có career path rõ ràng và nhiều chính sách hỗ trợ phát triển career path
- Macbook mới, mạnh, xịn
- Có snack và trái cây miễn phí
- Sếp bên Châu Âu và local management luôn quan tâm, lắng nghe và hỗ trợ nhân viên
(Còn nhiều cái khác nữa hehe)
Chưa bao giờ yêu cầu làm OT. Nếu nhân viên làm OT thì theo quy định của nhà nước.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Tiệc cuối năm của công ty có thể làm cho hoành tráng hơn
- Trang trí theo mùa có thể trendy hơn, hiện tại hơi boring
- Một vài không gian trong office để hơi phí phạm
- Nên có thêm hoạt động team building ở Việt Nam
(Tạm thời thấy được nhiêu đó)
