Có chính sách OT rõ ràng nhưng ít khi phải OT làm T2-T6, T7-CN nghỉ
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Lương tăng nữa thì đẹp hơn. Range lương hiện tại cơ bản đồng đều với các công ty khác. Vì một phần chắc là công ty Việt Nam.
