Mình gắn bó được lâu vì cách làm việc ở đây khá rõ ràng, nhận việc theo ca, ai phụ trách phần nào biết phần đó, đỡ cảnh mạnh ai nấy làm. Mình thích nhất là khi có lỗi hay sự cố thì sẽ xử lý theo quy trình, truy nguyên nhân và rút kinh nghiệm, chứ không đổ thừa qua lại. Nhân viên mới vào thường được kèm khá sát trong thời gian đầu, nên nếu chịu học thì lên tay nhanh. Điểm cộng nữa là giao tiếp với quản lý tương đối thẳng, có gì vướng thì nói trực tiếp được, không phải vòng vo quá nhiều.
OT có lúc gấp, nhưng thường báo sớm và hỏi ý kiến; ai có việc nhà vẫn đổi ca được nên mình thấy khá ổn.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Mong công ty giảm bớt các báo cáo trùng nhau giữa các nhóm (nhiều lúc cùng một nội dung nhưng phải nhập 2–3 nơi). Nếu có thêm buổi chia sẻ nhanh đầu ca 5 phút để cập nhật thay đổi quan trọng thì sẽ đồng bộ hơn, nhất là với anh em làm theo ca/kíp.
