In the beginning, SAI Digital was a company looking for new candidates and giving a chance to a newbie like me when I was in the last couple of weeks of college. After years, SAI has developed faster and stronger than ever and always encourages employees to reach their full potential.

I attend the daily stand-up meeting to make sure that I don't miss anything and to share my ideas or challenges.
I check the task list and communicate with team members to meet the project requirements.

It seems a typical question for a long-time employee :) In fact, more than one helped me make my decision. The first one is that I have a passion for eCommerce. And here at SAI, I can unleash my passion for building eCommerce applications using cutting-edge technology powered by SAP with great support from friendly and energetic colleagues.

I start a working day at 9 AM. I review new Jira tickets and skim-read emails before joining the daily meeting at 9.30 AM. After that, I discuss technical solutions for the new change request from clients or issues pending from yesterday with my team. Then I work until noon. I return to work at 1 PM and typically leave at 6 PM.

Flexible working hours, delicious snacks, and milk are always available, open office in a central and modern building are some of the perks that makes me love my job at SAI Digital.

Working in an environment where everyone is open and friendly, I can easily discuss and gain technical and business knowledge from team members and leaders. There are also a lot of international projects that I can join and learn the different working processes and styles.

At SAI Digital, I can work with flexible time and learn a lot from great leaders/colleagues, and friends. Besides, it is an international environment where you can gain skills and experience through work and conversation.
