We are Paradox, an AI company with HQ in the U.S. Our flagship product – Olivia, an AI recruiting assistant that is transforming global talent acquisition and candidate experience. We have the good fortune of supporting global clients like Unilever, McDonald’s, Nestle, Intel, Disney, Aramark, CVS Health, just to name a few. And we’ve been honored to win several awards, including HR Executive Top Product, Brandon Hall Group’s Gold Award for Best Advance in AI for Business Impact, and one of Forbes’ Top 500 Startups to Work For.
At Paradox, we are inspired by the paradoxical concept that AI can actually make experiences more human. We believe recruiting is a people game. And yes, AI can help us play that game better. Here at Paradox, we see a future where humans do the things they are best at, and AI technology handles the mundane and simple tasks for us. Technology is a tool and should be used as such to create better experiences for everyone.
We currently have a team of around 120 engineers based in Da Nang. Our plan is to further grow the team and scale up excellence in the very near future. Ready to transform and disrupt the recruiting world, we’re swinging for the fences and looking for those who want that type of challenge and opportunity.
