Như tiêu đề thì đồng nghiệp mình rất tuyệt vời, cả về công việc cũng như đời sống.
Mình join ở khác site với các đồng nghiệp còn lại, ban đầu khá buồn vì không có bạn bè gì, nhưng dần dần mọi người chủ động làm quen, và duy trì liên lạc liên tục để mình không cảm thấy cô đơn.
Cả PM mình cũng sẵn sàng tài trợ vé máy bay để mình có cơ hội gặp mọi người 2 3 tháng/ lần
Còn về công việc, thì mọi người hỗ trợ rất tốt, để mình quen dự án, hơn nữa kỹ năng lại giỏi, mindset rất hay, là cơ hội để mình được học hỏi và trau dồi.
Ngoài ra mình còn được học anh văn nữa, cũng mong sẽ giúp mình cải thiện ngoại ngữ trong tương lai
Về máy móc thì là Macbook, không phải model mới nhất nhưng đủ dùng và còn mới lắm.
Mình mới tham gia công ty được nửa năm thôi, nhưng OT thì mình chưa thấy ở team mình cũng như các team khác.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Chắc là team-building, để mình và team có nhiều cơ hội gặp nhau và chơi đùa.
Ngoài ra thì có thêm hoạt động gắn kết giữa các team với nhau.
