- Working days: 05 days/week, from Monday to Friday every week. Special cases will follow the rules on working.

• Hours: Total hours worked 40 hours/week.

• Administration – Office Hours:

Hours of work: 8:30 to 17:30

Lunch break: 12:00 to 13:00

Every year, the company will try to organize holiday programs for all employees (depending on the results of business operations). Location chosen depends on the objective conditions (economic and political situation of the world, weather...), subjective (business operation results...) and based on quality, competitive price of suppliers. The Company will inform all staff the location, schedule, cost and those supported by the company to participate the program.

In addition, the company may consider organizing team building activities such as picnics, sports, party, movies... The specific program, location are selected depending on the objective and subjective conditions and will be notified to all employees when approved.

 

 

-  MID-AUTUMN GIFTS:

The company will be present a Moon Cake box for each employee

 

- BIRTHDAY:

Birthday money for each individual employee will be 500.000VND and birthday cake as well as flowers will be 500.000VND respectively.

 

- 13TH SALARY:

Employees will be enjoyed the 13th month salary which is paid at the same time of last month salary in the year.
