Môi trường làm việc vui vẻ hoà đồng, ổn đinh và không có layoff.
Bình thường sẽ không OT nhưng khi cần thì vẫn phải ở tới 7-8h, không tính thêm tiền.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Công ty cần thêm các benefit như quà lễ, tết. Thêm các bonus để ghi nhận sự nỗ lực của nhân viên. Cần thêm các chương trình đạo tạo.
