- Văn phòng đẹp, năng động ngoài tưởng tượng. Lúc tham gia công ty tài chính thì mình không kỳ vọng nhiều, cộng thêm đặt trong toà nhà cũ, nhg vô trong hú hồn nha.
- Có tầng open working space để họp nhóm, meeting, workshop rất tiện và đẹp.
- Digitalized. Toàn bộ quy trình phỏng vấn và onboarding, ký hợp đồng đều through mobile app rất tiện.
- Sếp và đồng nghiệp siêu giỏi và inspiring.
- Có nhiều workshops/ training courses đặc biệt là về kiến thức business.
- Chế độ benefits ổn, chính sách review rõ ràng.
- Fast-paced nên có nhiều cơ hội phát triển.
Có chính sách OT rõ ràng, cũng không đi OT quá nhiều

- Toà nhà cũ, khu vực xung quanh hay ngập nước, tới mùa mưa là hơi cực
- Văn phòng đẹp nhưng thiếu cây xanh
- Mọi thứ đều digitalized trừ cái đt bàn, chưa cung cấp phần mềm để gọi điện, phải dụng điện thoại bàn cũ kĩ. Văn phòng đẹp mà nhìn cái điện thoại bàn tụt mood.
- Fast-paced nên đôi lúc workload cũng cao và áp lực.
