2. Phân chia task rõ ràng, có khoảng thách thức để anh em vượt qua
3. Nơi để mình có thể học hỏi thoải mái từ không chỉ công việc mà còn kinh nghiệm trong cuộc sống
Vì toàn OT do chưa xong việc nên hem có chế độ, nhưng nếu dự án tăng cường thì cũng có chút ít để bồi bổ.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Công ty cần giảm bớt các hoạt động chung trong tuần, tăng một vài hoạt động thể lực mạnh vào cuối tuần để anh em chơi với nhau nhiều hơn.
Một công ty có tiềm năng lớn mạnh
