Chịu OT thì lương mới đỡ đỡ chút. Đa số xin OT thêm vì lương rất thấp so với mặt bằng chung.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Cần tăng lương cơ bản + OT và rõ ràng hơn về các khoản thưởng của các dự án.
