Môi trường khá trẻ so với một công ty Nhật

tòa nhà có 2 bãi gửi xe, 1 bãi của tòa nhà 1 bãi chắc là thuê ngoài, bài thuê ngoài được cái rộng, để xe ngăn nắp, dễ lấy.
công ty nằm ngay tầng 3 nên cũng không quá bất tiện trong việc chờ thang máy. có thể đi thẳng thang bộ.
văn phòng khá rộng rãi, không quá bí bách , thuê riêng 2 tầng của tòa nhà, không chung đụng với cty khác, khá ổn.
môi trường không giống như mình hình dung về 1 công ty Nhật kiểu quy tắc, nghiêm chỉnh. Ở đây thì khá thoải mái, linh động, không quá gò bó,
Về quy mô dự án thì thấy lượng dự án nhận chủ yếu do bên Nhật Bản gửi sang, đánh giá ở mức độ ổn định, đủ cuối năm mọi người được nhận thưởng. Năm nay thấy cấp quản lí đang lên mục tiêu tập trung tìm kiếm khách hàng, khá triển vọng nên rất mong chờ.
Công ty outsource nên được tiếp xúc với nhiều ngôn ngữ lập trình khác nhau,
Nhiều lớp đào tạo và công ty tài trợ học , thi chứng chỉ. Ngoài ra có cả trợ cấp cho nhân viên đạt chứng chỉ.
Ít khi phải OT, có nhưng không nhiều, chắc tùy thuộc vào tiến độ dự án nữa. được hỗ trợ bữa ăn nhẹ. trả OT đầy đủ

Nhiều quy trình, thủ tục nội bộ vẫn hơi lằng nhằng, cần cải thiện
Pantry nhiều đồ ăn vặt nhưng hầu như là do nhân viên trong công ty tự mở bán, phải bỏ tiền mua
Văn phòng hơi tẻ nhạt, không có decor, có thể cải thiện.
Cần thêm có những hoạt động refresh hàng tuần cho nhân viên ăn, chơi. hồi trước có happy friday mà xong lại bỏ .
