Grateful for My Time at Dirox: A Review of a Multinational Company

I have had the pleasure of working at Dirox for over three years now, and I must say, it has been a great experience. As a senior employee, I have seen the company grow and evolve, and am proud to be a part of it.
What I love about Dirox is the abundance of opportunities the company provides its employees. For instance, as a junior employee, I worked on various projects, which helped me gain a lot of experience in my field. Additionally, I have had a fantastic manager who has always been supportive and provided valuable advice whenever needed. The project teams are also very supportive and work well together, even when faced with changes in requirements and project structures.
Dirox is also an employee-centric company. The well-being team, comprised of our colleagues, has created numerous activities to improve our working environments, such as Thursday fruit, radio, early breakfast, monthly Dirox open coffee, and more. The company also has two review periods, allowing employees to discuss their expectations directly with their department managers.
Dirox values employees' well-being and compensates fairly for OT.

While Dirox is an excellent workplace, there is always room for improvement. For example, the company could provide more apparent career paths and actions for each employee to grow. Additionally, more free internal training to improve technical skills and more outdoor activities to connect people inside the company, such as sports, art, and music, could be beneficial. Finally, while most project managers are non-technical, I believe more support could be provided to team members to help them take on extra responsibilities.
