What I appreciate most is probably the normal working vibe here. It doesn’t feel like every day is a firefighting session
The team is friendly and supportive. When someone gets stuck, people usually try to help instead of disappearing.
Hybrid working is honestly a big plus, especially on rainy mornings or heavy traffic days
Some projects are actually interesting and give good hands-on experience instead of repeating the same tasks over and over.
Managers are not overly controlling. As long as the work gets done properly, things are pretty flexible.
Had a few long debugging days, but at least I didn’t have to debug coworkers’ attitudes too
OT doesn’t happen too often. Mostly around releases or tighter deadlines.
