làm đúng giờ về đúng giờ, hiếm khi OT, đôi khi nhờ đồng nghiệp cũng đc
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Quy trình làm việc, xử lý cũ không linh hoạt, không phù hợp vs team IT, cần có những nội dung training bài bản cách làm việc cũng như cho nhân viên cơ hội tiếp cận cải thiện năng lực

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
