Job description
We are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized websites. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality websites and digital experiences for our clients. You will be involved from initial concept through to final delivery — ensuring both design excellence and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive website layouts, UI components, and visual systems that align with client branding and performance goals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and consistent user experience across platforms.
- Collaborate with PMs and clients to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
- Participate in feedback loops and iterate designs based on stakeholder input and data insights (e.g., heatmaps, analytics).
- Maintain and improve design quality and consistency across projects by following design system standards.
- Effectively manage a high volume of projects, balancing speed and quality while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and front-end technologies.
- Ability to design promotional graphics such as banners and social media posts is a plus
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Web or UI/UX Designer in an agency, product, or freelance setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive website designs and attention to user experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Have UX/UI understanding and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (designers, developers, PMs).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
