What You Will Do:
 

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX-UI senior designer and Product Managers to understand user needs and product goals, contributing to user-centered design solutions.
• Create User Interfaces: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web platforms, turning wireframes and user insights into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Support Design Systems: Assist in developing and maintaining UI guidelines, component libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Develop Visual Language: Help create typography, color palettes, iconography, and imagery that evoke calm, clarity, and trustworthiness, aligning with AI+DI’s mission.
• Enhance User Engagement: Design UI elements that encourage meaningful user interaction and engagement, incorporating feedback from UX research to support user well-being.
• Iterate Based on Feedback: Participate in user testing and refine designs based on feedback and usability insights.
• Work with Developers: Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Uphold Design Standards: Follow best practices in UI design, visual hierarchy, and interaction design to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces.

Your skills and experience

Must-Have

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered interface designs for web and/or mobile applications.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating designs and prototypes.
• Visual Design Skills: Basic understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and interaction design.
• Prototyping: Ability to create simple interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain design choices clearly.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Interest in UX: Basic knowledge of UX principles, user research, or user behavior, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
• Interest in Mission: Passion for or curiosity about Eastern philosophy, mindfulness, or natural harmony, aligning with AI+DI’s vision, is a plus. 
• Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)..
