Salary Range: Negotiation (Competitive, based on experience level)

Your key responsibilities will include

A. Core Design Execution (For all levels)

• Collaborate directly with Product Owner to capture requirements and transform them into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Ensure design consistency across mobile apps and ERP portals.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

B. Leadership & Strategy (Specific to Senior / Lead Level)

• Design Vision: Define and champion the overall UX Vision for the entire iCondo product ecosystem.
• System Ownership: Build, maintain, and manage a scalable Design System in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all product lines.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior stakeholders (Product Head, CTO) to translate business goals into measurable, user-centered design strategies.
• Process Improvement: Establish and refine the end-to-end design process, including efficient design handoffs and quality assurance standards with the Engineering team.
• Mentor and provide constructive guidance to other Designers, contributing to the growth of the local Design team.

Your skills and experience

A. Mandatory Requirements (For all levels)

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping);
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related fields;
• At least 2+ years of proven working experience in UI/UX Design for web and mobile applications;
• Experience with enterprise or ERP systems is advantageous;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design;
• Service, product, and UX design skills;
• Good English communication skills – able to discuss requirements, clarify feedback, and present design concepts directly to Product Owner.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong logical thinking, open mindset with proactive, can-do attitude. 

B. Additional Requirements for Senior/Lead Level

• Experience with enterprise or ERP systems is highly advantageous (mandatory for Lead).
• Senior/Lead Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of total UI/UX experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity, driving major design initiatives.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a Design System for complex products.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and articulate how design decisions impact business results.

Nice to have

• Experience with design handoff to developers;
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with engineers;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Pho Quang, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• International Opportunity: This role requires periodic onsite work in Singapore for several months each year to align closely with the core team, product strategy, and key stakeholders.
