Lương bổng không cao, làm 3 dự án, xong làm seminar nhưng không được tiền sau dự án và tiền seminar. Sau 1 năm thì lương tăng 1trieu. Khen thưởng nhân viên thì gần như toàn khen thưởng mấy bạn lâu năm, mấy người mới vào gần như không có cửa. 1 mét vuông có khi 3-4 leader , manager rồi nên khó được lên chức.
