What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, cho làm hybrid , có happy day hàng tuần , nhiều sự kiện để nhân viên có thể giải trí sau khi làm việc , văn phòng đẹp và thoáng mát, có hỗ trợ tiền internet và tiền gửi xe cho nhân viên.
Chính sách OT rõ ràng , được hỏi ý kiến xem có thể OT hay không rồi PM mới quyết định
Suggestions for improvement:
Một số bạn HR ở HCM chưa đc chủ động lắm. Lúc mình ký hợp đồng chính thức làm một số thủ tục thì HR nhắc thì mới làm không thì thôi nên có một số thủ tục rất tốn thời gian vì cứ làm được 1 bước thì lại gặp vấn đề do HR chưa có chỉnh sửa profile từ thử việc => nhân viên chính thức.
