Giờ giấc linh động, hybrid mode
Môi trường đòi hỏi sự học tập và phát triển không ngừng
Quản lý gần gũi, thân thiện
Lượng workload khá lớn, flexible working hours nên thường không có phụ cấp OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Một số dự án có lượng work load khá lớn, quy trình chưa chuyên nghiệp
Career path, định hướng phát triển cho những role thiểu số như BA chưa thực sự rõ ràng, chưa có club để chia sẻ
Hybrid working vừa là điểm lợi, vừa là cản trở để gia tăng tương tác giữa các thành viên
Office chưa thực sự đáp ứng tốt cho hybrid mode, không có ngăn cách cho không gian phòng họp nên đôi khi join online meeting sẽ rất khó tập trung vì tiếng ồn từ team khác.
