What I liked:
Trang thiết bị tốt: macbook 16’ cấu hình cao, tai nghe, bàn phím cơ, MH, bàn ghế xịn,...
Lương: cao hơn mặt bằng chung
Thưởng: không có nhiều đợt thưởng trong năm nhưng được cái thưởng 1 lần rất nhiều
Phúc lợi: có hỗ trợ tiền ăn trưa và tiền điện thoại cũng khá ổn. Free gym (city gym), team building (500k/ngườ/tháng). Được wfh thoải mái, không check giờ làm việc. 18 ngày phép/năm, 3 ngày phép bệnh không cần giấy bác sĩ. Bảo hiểm full lương, bảo hiểm cho người thân.
Đồng nghiệp: thân thiện, giỏi
Văn phòng: đẹp, có chỗ ngủ trưa yên tĩnh, có đồ ăn thức uống free, có bi lắc, game, bóng bàn để giải trí
Ít khi phải OT, thường thì nếu nay OT thì mai có thể đi làm trễ cũng không sao
Suggestions for improvement:
Không rõ scope của team HR lắm. Có vấn đề chưa biết tìm đúng người để support
