I really appreciate the collaborative and supportive culture at Naver Vietnam. The company encourages continuous learning, offers exposure to interesting projects, and gives me the chance to work with talented colleagues from different backgrounds. The work-life balance and open communication with managers also make it a great place to grow both professionally and personally.
I wasn’t really used to doing OT at first, but here it feels fair since the extra effort is recognized and you get what you deserve.

- Mức lương ổn so với thị trường, cũng như khối lượng công việc được giao
- Có cơ hội được qua Nhật công tác
- Mọi người trong công ty thân thiện, HR cũng chịu khó tổ chức nhiều hoạt động vui chơi
- Không gian làm việc chill, rộng rãi
- Cty năm nay ngày càng mở rộng, còn tuyển thêm cả vị trí DevOps và DevEx
Có chính sách OT trả lương theo luật, nhưng rất ít khi phải OT do khối lượng công việc vừa phải

Thiết bị cho tester cần được cải thiện và lên đời. Hiện tại, các yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng là dựa trên các điện thoại đời mới. Đôi khi, nhân viên phải dùng chính điện thoại của mình để test và reproduce.

Công ty cũng cần cải thiện mạng Wifi hơn. Hiện tại Wifi quá yếu và chặp chờn, mình đa số phải dùng điện thôi để phát wifi.

Công đoàn khá thụ động, cần năng động hơn nữa.
