I got to learn many things including technical skills and soft skills. I have the chance to work with great people at work, our team cares about each other. The managers always do their best to support the engineers to grow based on their potential and wishes.
The company cares about the overtime situation and will support the engineers as needed if there is overtime at work.

Replace the HR Manager, or at the very least, the current one needs to change their attitude, behavior, and ethics.
Dismiss leaders or employees with poor ethics who negatively impact their colleagues and the company.

There is overtime pay but I have never been mandated to do overtime.

Mình vào team trọng điểm, suốt 2 tháng hầu như hôm nào cũng hơn 10h tối mới về, có hôm OT đến 5-6h sáng, nghĩ lại ko hiểu sao làm được :v

Lương cao, team nhỏ nhưng mọi người rất thân thiện, lâu lâu được onsite ở Singapore nữa
Công ty hiếm khi OT, và OT không bắt buộc, tiền trả cho OT rất tốt
