Founded in November 2021, AgileOps has quickly become the official partner of major technology companies like Atlassian, Google, and HubSpot in Vietnam within just 2 years. AgileOps distributes products and offers consulting, training, implementation, and IT infrastructure management services for world-renowned software companies, including:

• Atlassian: Project management software suite, team collaboration tools, IT service management, and knowledge sharing, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Google: Office applications, email software, cloud storage services, and online meeting tools.
• HubSpot: Marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) software suite.

We are seeking an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer (Fresher/Junior) for a full-time role. If you possess UI/UX design experience, skills and look to utilize these qualities to drive success for a quickly growing IT service company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

What You Will Do

As a UI/UX Designer (Fresher/Junior), your role will involve implementing and upkeeping the visual elements of our front-end. This encompasses collaborating with marketers and developers to craft wireframes, mockups, and visually captivating user interfaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing the user interface (UI) of products and services, focusing on both the visual appearance and the functionality of the UI.
• Collaborating with engineers to understand product and service requirements, including user needs and technical constraints.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
• Designing and creating visual diagrams and/or infographics to simplify and explain complex content.

Don't worry about the long list; our Art Director – Ngoc Vu (myup.work/ngocvltb) will guide you through every step you're unfamiliar with.

Yêu cầu công việc

This Is For You If You Have:

• Bachelor’s Design in Design or other relevant fields
• 0-1 year of experience in UI/UX Design
• Experience working with Figma
• Aesthetic consistency: You must have a strong understanding of typography, color, icons & illustrations, whitespace, and layout. It's important to know best practices and understand when and why to apply each element effectively.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

It’s Even Better If You Have:

• Strong visualization and diagramming skills
• Good command of the English language (reading and writing skills)
• Knowledge in IT and MarTech (marketing for technology) domain

2. We say No to "up to" salary, and 💲is quite “good”

With our publicly shared salary range from X → Y, your final salary will be Z, where X ≤ Z ≤ Y.
Fun fact: we usually (and prefer to) pay at the Y end, as long as you deserve it.

3. Sponsored certification fees, passing ➡️ monthly bonuses

Want to pursue any certifications? We sponsor them. Exam fees? As long as you don’t fail, we’ll cover them. Leave the company? No need to repay those fees. Pass the exam? We’ll reward you with a bonus, EVERY MONTH.

The list of supported certifications will follow the company’s partner program. Here’s the 2024 list:
