• Responsible for driving and integrating various research and development activities within the company.
• Coordinate research and development resources and talents.
• Develop the company's technology development roadmap and new product development to achieve the company's technological innovation goals.
• Lead the technological direction for researching the latest products and formulate technology development strategy plans.
• Provide guidance and participate in requirements analysis and preliminary design for new products and organise and participate in technical problem-solving.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have at least 5 years of technical management experience.
• Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Have experience with various programming languages, such as PHP, Go, Java, Angular, React, and .NET Core, among others. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes. 
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Trello project management platforms. 
• Bonus points for experience with CDN, ERP, and E-commerce. 
• Practical experience managing large development teams. 
• Ability to design and implement effective performance evaluation systems. 
• Strong leadership and organisational skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• In-depth understanding of project management principles. 
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Language requirements: English - listening/intermediate, speaking/intermediate, reading/advanced, writing/advanced.
