Mô tả công việc

• Lead large-scale software development projects, from system architecture design to deployment and operations. 
• Analyze project requirements, create plans, estimate timelines, and allocate resources.
• Ensure project quality and progress by managing and coordinating team members effectively. 
• Design systems and databases with scalability and long-term maintainability in mind. 
• Guide engineering teams, provide technical direction, and make strategic decisions. 
• Build optimized CI/CD processes and deploy applications on AWS or other cloud platforms. 
• Share knowledge and improve team skills through mentoring and code reviews.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience;

• At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a Technical Leader role. 
• Experience with the Waterfall software development model and solid understanding of project management processes. 
• Proficient in Git workflows like Gitflow, including branch management, conflict resolution, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. 
• Preferred: Experience working on e-commerce, shopping platforms, or large-scale systems with high user traffic. 
• Advantage: Experience working in Japanese environments. 

Must-Have Skills;

• PHP: At least 3 years of experience, preferably with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. 
• JavaScript: At least 1~2 years of experience with modern frameworks. 
• Docker: Proven experience deploying and managing containerized environments. 
• MySQL: Strong skills in database design, query optimization, and ensuring data security. 
• AWS: Hands-on experience with core services like EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudFront.

Nice-to-Have Skills; 

• Terraform: Experience with Infrastructure as Code. 
• GitHub Actions: Or similar CI/CD tools, with expertise in optimizing build and deployment pipelines. 
• Redis: Experience in optimizing application performance using Redis. 
• ECS/EKS: Knowledge of orchestration with Amazon ECS or Kubernetes (EKS). 
• Lambda: Experience in developing serverless applications. 
• Twig: Skilled in creating and maintaining templates with Twig. 
• WordPress: Proficiency in customizing and optimizing WordPress websites. 

Soft Skills;

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align technology with business goals. 
• Excellent communication skills for working with teams and customers. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
