POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for researching and designing User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for the Company’s App and Web products across all markets.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

User Behavior Research

Conduct research and apply various data collection methods to verify and analyze data in order to identify user personas and behaviors for App and Web in specific industries. Stay informed of and updated on modern global design trends.

UX & UI Design

• Analyze and design user experience flows (UX design) and user interfaces (UI) for features on Web and App platforms.
• Create animations and illustrations for design purposes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the BA, Development, and QA teams to ensure that the implemented features align with the original design. Participate in UAT, sprint planning meetings, etc.

Metrics & Evaluation

• Measure and evaluate UX/UI performance using tools such as Usability Testing, Design Testing, Feedback Loops, and A/B Testing.
• Conduct periodic Usability Testing reports and provide high-level analytical results to stakeholders.
• Propose ideas and implement adjustments to improve user experience on both App and Web platforms.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and propose initiatives/solutions for optimization and process improvement.
• Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
• Participate in company culture development and maintenance activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct leaders/managers.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a design-related major from reputable local or international universities.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing both App and Web across a wide range of industries and product types.
• Proficient in applying AI design tools to optimize work efficiency.
• Strong in UX design with the ability to analyze user flows and user cases (less dependent on Business Analysts).
• Preference given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry and a basic understanding of IT.

• Demonstrates confidence, urgency, and decisiveness at work; works with high responsibility, takes initiative, and does not avoid or rely on others.
• Works efficiently with a high service mindset, proactively resolves colleagues', partners', and customers' issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Fair and assertive in addressing behaviors that do not align with the company’s/group’s culture and regulations.

Soft Skills

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Skilled in illustration and motion design.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail, observant, and meticulous. Able to work in a startup environment and adapt well to constant changes.
• Fluent in English communication, capable of presenting to stakeholders in global projects.

Professional Knowledge

• Solid knowledge of UX and UI design, or UX writing.
