Position Overview

As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will play a key role in building innovative digital products that drive our company forward. This is a full-stack role, involving backend and frontend development, API design, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance company products.
• Work on both backend and frontend functionality of assigned projects.
• Design and implement web applications, pages, and interfaces using APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
• Build high-availability solutions and optimize system performance.
• Develop and maintain APIs for company products.
• Integrate third-party libraries and services.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards.
• Take initiative and contribute proactively to team and company success.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Skilled in MySQL database design, query profiling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase).
• Proficiency in Laravel or similar modern PHP frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on PHP development experience.
• Proven experience with Laravel in production environments.
• Experience designing efficient database structures and optimizing complex queries.
• Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building scalable systems across the full development stack.
• Fintech, payments, or high-availability platform experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1/Advanced), written and verbal. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
