What You Will Do: 

• Lead frontend architecture and system design to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Translate design wireframes into high-quality, reusable UI components using React/Next.js.
• Own and implement end-to-end features in collaboration with Product Owners and Designers.
• Optimize frontend performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-platform responsiveness.
• Ensure testing best practices: unit, integration, and E2E (Jest, Cypress).
• Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, AI/ML, DevOps) to deliver complete features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
• Mentor junior developers and promote frontend best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (design decisions, architecture).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of frontend or fullstack development experience.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture & design patterns (SOLID, DRY).
• Experience with UI component libraries (Material UI or similar).
• Solid experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Yarn, NPM).
• Familiarity with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience in SEO, PWA, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
• Experience with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth, Cognito).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Big Plus If You Have:

• Experience with React Native for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with monorepo management tools (Nx, Turborepo).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase) and monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with functional programming and scripting (Node.js, Bash).
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring within frontend teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
