Mô tả công việc

1. Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (IaC)

• Design, provision, and maintain Azure and Google Cloud infrastructure using Terraform (modules, state management, automated pipelines).
• Build reusable Terraform modules for networking, compute, IAM, GKE/AKS, databases, firewalls, storage, etc.
• Implement cloud governance policies such as naming conventions, tagging, RBAC, and cost controls.

2. Cloud Operations 

• Manage and operate cloud resources:
• Perform day‑to‑day operations: VM patching, disk management, backup monitoring, network rule updates, identity/RBAC controls.
• Monitor and tune performance for cloud clusters.
• Manage Backup, Site Recovery, snapshots, and disaster recovery drills.
• Handle operational tasks for PaaS workloads (App Service, Functions, SQL Database).

3. Automation & CI/CD

• Automated provisioning pipelines using Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Automate OS-level tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.

4. OS & Platform Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot OS-level issues across Linux and Windows instances.
• Analyze logs, investigate network connectivity problems, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Optimize VM and container performance in cloud environments.

5. Monitoring, Logging & Performance Optimization

• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Azure Monitor, and GCP Cloud Monitoring.
• Define and tune alerts for SLO/SLI/SLA compliance.
• Perform performance profiling, system tuning, and capacity planning.

6. Security, Governance & Compliance

• Apply cloud security best practices (IAM, network segmentation, key management, policies).
• Implement Azure Policy, GCP Organizational Policies, etc.
• Conduct security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance checks.

7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain operational SOPs.
• Share cloud engineering best practices with development and operations teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Cloud Engineering & Operations experience in Azure and/or GCP.
• Hand-Ons experience with Terraform for production workloads.
• Excellence in English is mandatory. Must be able to handle client communications and technical reporting professionally.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Azure and/or GCP operational tasks and services.
• IaC (Terraform) experience: modules, state mgmt, automation, pipelines.
• Linux/Windows system administration.
• Docker & Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Monitoring/logging stack: Splunk, Azure Monitor, Cloud Monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure/GCP cloud certifications.
• Experience with serverless workloads (Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Run).
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise Terraform architectures.
