What You’ll Do: 

• Be involved in every phase of product development. 
• Understand the product thoroughly. 
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop features. 
• Work with cross-functional teams to create and launch new features. 
• Write clean, high-quality code in NodeJS, Golang, Python or anything that is suitable to product. 
• Optimize the system for performance and reliability. 
• Design and build supporting tools as needed. 
• Research and focus on innovative micro-service technologies. 
• Guide and mentor junior team members. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4+ years experience in Backend programming (Experience in NodeJS, Golang is a plus). We also welcome strong candidates having fewer years of experience as well, please tell us why "year" does not matter. 
• Full-stack experiences is a BIG plus 
• Solid technical skill, you talk confidently about NodeJS (or Golang, C#) and are willing to learn innovative technologies. 
• Knowledge about gRPC /REST API and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc. 
• Understanding of system design and tuning for high performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• Experience with Microservices, Cloud Native architecture is a plus. 
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka messaging is a plus. 
• Open-minded, can-but-not-blindly-do attitude. You have a "can-do" attitude, which is already very cool, but you also must be able to pause and ask "should we do it". 
• Be on your own, dedicated and committed, we strongly believe in autonomy, there's likely no one to tell you what to do. 
• And be a TEAM PLAYER, because we can move nowhere without a team.
