What You Will Do: 

• Contribute to software engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and scalable architectures.
• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based AI agents and applications for real-world use cases.
• Apply data and context engineering strategies to improve grounding, retrieval, and overall agent effectiveness.
• Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure performance, reliability, and quality of AI agents.
• Optimize LLM efficiency and reduce costs using techniques like caching, hybrid retrieval, and context management.
• Build defense mechanisms to safeguard agents from hacking, prompt injection, and other adversarial attacks.
• Implement guardrails and safety policies to ensure responsible AI behavior.
• Design data security features such as user-context isolation and “on behalf of signed-in user” authorization flows.
• Collaborate with infra teams to ensure performance, resilience, and secure networking.
• (Optional but valued) Support on-prem deployments of LLM applications for enterprise customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Solid software engineering skills: designing APIs, applying CI/CD, monitoring, debugging.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based agents/applications in production.
• Familiarity with retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and hybrid search (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with AI evaluation frameworks & testing (accuracy, grounding, latency, cost).
• Experience with cost optimization techniques for LLM workloads (caching, batching, retrieval optimization).
• Strong background in AI defenses & guardrails (prompt injection protection, adversarial testing, fallback flows).
• Knowledge of data security for AI apps (authentication, authorization, user isolation).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Azure AI Search).

Big Plus If You Have:

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack (RAG/agent orchestration).
• Experience with model fine-tuning & training (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Knowledge of multi-agent workflows and advanced orchestration.
• Experience delivering on-premises AI/LLM deployments for enterprise customers.
• Prior experience with enterprise AI security or contributions to open-source AI frameworks.
