Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress
• Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog
• Track and report team progress and metrics
• Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team
• Help the team to improve their engineering practices and tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
• Experience with various Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, XP) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team   
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
