Remote - Product Manager (API, SQL, Agile, DX)

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Feature Ownership

• Own key product features and metrics (Conversion, Retention, Promotions, or Referrals) across target markets
• Define clear user problems, feature requirements, and measurable success metrics
• Form data-informed hypotheses and prioritize high-impact opportunities on the product backlog
• Shape solution directions, user flows, and product logic to drive real business impact

2. Product Execution & Sprint Management

• Participate in daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to ensure smooth team execution
• Gather and refine functional requirements into detailed user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Engineering (FE/BE/QA) to clarify specs and unblock delivery fast
• Ensure product releases are production-ready, resilient, and delivered with high quality

3. Data Analytics & User Experience

• Track and analyze feature performance using BI dashboards, conversion funnels, and session replays
• Work with UX and Data teams to identify user drop-offs, friction points, and optimization opportunities
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to measure actual impact against target metrics and iterate continuous improvements
• Help enforce consistent product analytics and quality standards across feature releases

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to translate goals into technical solutions
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned on feature priorities, launch timelines, and potential blockers
• Communicate feature performance, user feedback, and execution progress clearly to stakeholders
• Manage technical debt and process improvements in collaboration with technical leads

Product Ownership

• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager
• Proven track record delivering features in fast-paced tech or Fintech environments
• Hands-on experience owning feature specs, product backlogs, and measurable user metrics

Execution & Delivery

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA to ship quality products
• Solid understanding of user flows, system logic, and mobile/web digital experiences

Data & User Insights

• Good experience using product analytics and session recording tools to analyze user behavior
• Ability to turn metrics and drop-off data into actionable product iterations

Collaboration & Mindset

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to unblocking team members
• Good organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a scaling environment
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs

Communication

• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across distributed technical and business teams
• Able to translate business requirements into practical, technical feature specs
• Fluent in written and spoken English
