As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• QA – Insurance Servicing & Claims
• Execute functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing for insurance servicing and claims workflows.
• Validate integrations across front-end, back-end, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams in an Agile environment.
• Manage test cases, defects, test data, and environment readiness.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Insurance)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as Manual Test
• Strong knowledge of life insurance servicing and claims lifecycle
• Familiarity with testing management tools (JIRA) (Prefer)
• Basic SQL and exposure to API testing (Postman/Swagger preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
