Mô tả công việc

1. Gather and analyze product-related business requirements and processes.
2. Prepare requirement documentation such as user stories, wireframes, and specifications in collaboration with the design team.
3. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, business goals, and customer requirements.
4. Coordinate with developers, designers, and QC to propose and validate solutions.
5. Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
6. Create and track tasks on JIRA, applying Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
7. Support UAT by preparing test cases, assisting in testing, and confirming deliverables meet agreed requirements.
8. Provide user manuals and training to ensure smooth adoption of the product.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
● At least 3+ years of experience, must be in the software development industry.
● Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
● Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and backlog management.
● Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.
● Ability to create and manage user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
● Good knowledge of UAT processes, test case preparation, and validation.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● English communication is a plus
