Job Overview:

The Quality Control (QC) Manual is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. This role involves conducting comprehensive testing across various domains, including CMS, e-commerce, and finance systems. The QC Manual will design and execute test plans, analyze test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including CMS, e-commerce, and finance systems.
API Testing: Perform API testing to ensure robust and reliable software interactions.
Data Verification: Utilize basic SQL and other data retrieval methods to verify and validate data.
Web/Mobile Testing: Execute tests on web and mobile platforms, focusing on black-box and UI/UX testing.
Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage and efficient testing processes.
Issue Resolution: Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure optimal outcomes.
Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies, maintaining effective communication in English, especially with our Singapore-based Product Owner (PO).
Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
Pressure Management: Manage work pressure effectively, maintaining high performance and quality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing or equivalent roles, particularly in CMS, e-commerce, or finance.
API Testing: Proven experience in API testing using Postman
SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and other data retrieval methods.
Web/Mobile Testing: Proficiency in web and mobile testing, including black-box and UI/UX testing.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective test plans and strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate optimal issue resolution.
English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English, particularly with a Singapore-based PO.
Independent Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently with high responsibility and accountability.
Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle work pressure.
